The Virtual Commissioning Application of Intelligent Manufacturing Virtual Reality Technology Digital Factory

The 2017 Shanghai International Automobile Manufacturing Technology and Assembly and Material Exhibition was held on September 5-8 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Beijing Long Teknik Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xiaoao Xiangrong Automotive Industry Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly with Shanghai Xinshida Robot Co., Ltd. participates in the exhibition. At the exhibition, Long Teknik displayed the MakeReal3D virtual reality simulation platform for users in the automotive industry. It simulated and virtualized commissioning of robots in the digital factories, workstations and man machine security and coordinated operations, improved digital plant optimization and design quality, and reduced the time and manpower late-stage design changes to meet the goal of rapid product launch requirements. 

It mainly shows that MakeReal3D software realizes the visual roaming, review, digital prototype verification, layout rationality, fixture confirmation, the verification of production station ergonomic (full-body motion capture system SoErgo man-machine module), Man-machine operation tool installation accessibility, visibility, comfort, space rationality, fatigue, working hours, spinal force analysis capabilities of Xiaoao Automobile Equipment Production  factory.

At the same time, to achieve industrial-level virtual reality simulation of Vehicle equipment virtual assembly verification, Installation transitivity, installation and assembly accuracy, etc. 

In addition, MakeReal3D will implement and control the connection of robot PLC program, and gradually embed robot movement and geometry model to realize the function of robot's virtual commissioning. And in combination with the requirements of intelligent manufacturing, it will realize to read various sensor data in smart factory and display it in real time. The actual operation of the digital plant can be compared and analyzed with the simulation digital factory to optimize the efficiency and safety of the production line.
